I called for the appointment and schedule my appointment I was a little nervous cause it ask you to pay before the person come to you. I called back and ask why I had to pay first and she said because people make an appointment and she gets there they cancel, so basically she could have gave that time to some else that paid. I understood after and it’s sad people will have you come to their home and cancel. This morning she text me her eta and she was on time, very friendly and professional. All the comments that you see are real and true . Book Monique for next lab needs. I will never go to a lab again. I mean she told me she do drug testing, if your the father testing or if your are the family, gender reveal testing. I was shocked because I did not know you can do them testing at home.. thank you Monique for excellent work and customer service.
